My names Carole, I am 31 years old and live in Hertfordshire with my husband Mark and our 2 cats. I would like to welcome you to the Caz-Designs-Plaques website. I am often being asked "where did it all begin?". Well, that is a very good question .........
After getting married in April 2005 to my husband, Mark, I found that I had alot of spare time on my hands, despite working full time as an administration manager in Enfield, Middlesex. I needed a hobby! After Christmas 2007, I ordered a couple of plaques from a lovely lady on ebay for my little niece and nephews birthdays. I fell in love with them. It gave me the idea to use my spare time making plaques .........
I purchased all of the necessary materials and started work on my very first plaque. The first few that I made were for various family members and I was always taken aback by their extremely positive feedback. I thought I would try selling some in the very place I purchased mine from just a month earlier. The response was astounding. Caz-Designs-Plaques was officially born!!
I now design and create gift plaques for any occasion. All of my plaques are my own unique design and as they are handcrafted from scratch, no two will ever be the same. I am always being presented with new challenges and just love the work that I do. I still work full time at the moment although I am hoping to make plaques full time in the very near future. After all, its what I enjoy doing!!!
