The Plaques
 
All of my plaques are designed and created by myself.  They are lovingly handmade and no two will ever be the same.  It is this that makes them so unique and personal. 
 
All of the standard rectangle and square plaques are made from 6mm MDF Wood.  The various shapes that I use (hearts, stars, bears etc) are made from 3mm MDF Wood.  All of the MDF used is of the highest quality.
  •  The standard rectangle plaques measure approximately 6" x 3"/3.5" (depending on the amount of wording used).
  •  The standard square plaques measure approximately 6" x 6". 

I will only use top quality paints and embellishments on all of my plaques.  This ensures that I have a flawless finish to be proud of!  Pretty ribbon always completes the look.

All embellishments are subject to change.  If you would like a particular embellishment you have seen, please contact me first to check stock availability
 
Disclaimer 
 
My plaques and gift bags (including the teddies) are not intended as toys, they are decorative items only.  Adult supervision should be in force at all times around young children due to ribbons and small parts.  
 
The plaques are intended for INDOOR use only.  None of my plaques or handmade items are prepared to withstand the elements. 
 
Ordering
 
Please take great care when ordering your items.  Please check you have supplied me with all of the relevant information and the spellings of any names etc are all correct. 
 
Payment is largely taken through paypal.  However, any customers wishing to pay with cheque or postal orders are more than welcome - please email me using the contact form for details of this method.  Customers paying by cheque will incur a longer than usual wait due to cheque clearance times.  This does not apply to postal orders.
  
 Completion and Delivery Times
 
Once an order has been received and processed, I aim to have the plaque completed within 10 working days.  This may take longer during busy periods.  Please contact me if you require your plaque(s) sooner or by a specific date.  Fimo gift plaques can take anything up to 28 days to make and post out.  Please allow plenty of time for these to arrive.  you will be kept informed via email at all times of the progress of your plaques.
 
Although I try my best to get the plaques to you as quickly as possible, sometimes Royal Mail let me down!  Nine times out of ten, my customers receive their plaques the day after posting, however the odd few have waited anything up to 2 weeks before now. 
 
Sometimes it is necessary to purchase guaranteed next day delivery.  It is quite costly (an extra £4.50 capped), but can be well worth it for the peace of mind it brings.  Please let me know if you would like to purchase this with the plaques. 
 
 I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PLAQUES ARRIVING PAST THE DUE DATE BECAUSE GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY WAS NOT PURCHASED 
 
Returns
 
I am only human and mistakes do happen.  I always correct my mistakes and am willing to refund/replace/exchange plaques where necessary.    
 
I am so confident that you will love your plaques, I offer a full 7 day money back guarantee - even on personalised items!  If you are not happy in any way, then return the item(s) to me via recorded delivery within 7 days, and on receipt, I shall refund you in full including the return postage costs!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSIONS:
 
The items must be returned in perfect condition and in all of the original packaging.
 
Due to the individual nature of my plaques, I regret to inform that no returns will be accepted where the customer has mispelt names etc or given me the wrong information.  
 
I am unable to replace plaques that are more than 1 month old or have been left outside for prolonged periods.
